Our approach
VT Info uses cookies sparingly and only for essential site functionality. We do not use cookies for advertising personalisation, behavioural profiling or third-party audience tracking. This policy explains exactly what we set, why we set it, and how long the values persist.
What we set
The cookies we may set are limited to the following categories:
- Session cookies: temporary values set by our hosting infrastructure to maintain page state during a single browsing session. These expire when you close your browser.
- Security cookies: values set by our content delivery network for basic bot detection and security checks. Typical lifetime is a few hours.

None of these values contain personal identifiers. None are shared with third parties for advertising or profiling purposes.
What we do not set
We do not set Google Analytics cookies, Facebook Pixel cookies, advertising-network cookies, retargeting cookies or cross-site behavioural cookies. We do not participate in any real-time bidding advertising network. Our editorial and revenue model does not depend on personalised advertising.
